He has taught in every Key Stage (KS1-KS5) and has had a range of responsibilities and roles;

Plymouth Marjon University invited Paul to teach on the BA (Hons) Special Educational Needs & Disability Studies
degree course and he is a member of their Professional Advisory Group.
Paul is a Principal Team-Teach Tutor, and a member of their Learning & Development Team.
He is a Licensed Thrive Practitioner an Ofqual regulated Safeguarding Trainer and an
Accredited FPA Speakeasy Facilitator.
Paul's first book, ‘Providing Relationships and Sex Education for Special Learners’ was published in 2021by Routledge for NASEN's Spotlight series.

annual conference about RSE for those with Additional Needs

getting relationships and sex education right for disabled children and those with SEN.
In 2021, Paul presented at the inaugural
'It Takes a Village'
International Conference, that offered support and advice to parents in regard to developing strategies to help children with puberty and adolescence.
In 2022, Paul presented at 'The World Education Summit'.
He was invited to take part in the Talking Books
section following the success of ‘Providing Relationships and Sex Education for Special Learners’

"A Masters graduate has been invited to work with Cornwall County Council and the FPA Speakeasy coordinator to develop training packages for both parent groups and professionals from education, health and social services.
Following his research into sex and relationships education for young people with special needs,
Paul Bray, who graduated with a Masters degree, with distinction, in Education (MEd in Professional Development), also had an article published in March by the National Association for Special Educational Needs (NASEN).
The Guardian newspaper has also interviewed Paul Bray and observed SRE provision at his school and have published an article about his research".
